SUMMARY:Caregiver Support Group — You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
DESCRIPTION:Are you caring for a partner/spouse\, older family member or older loved one and finding that the responsibility can feel heavy and lonely at times? Caregiving is an act of love\, but it can also be emotionally and physically demanding. SUMMARY:Grief Support Group
DESCRIPTION:This Zoom-based grief group is a welcoming\, compassionate space for people navigating the loss of a loved one—most commonly a spouse or partner\, family member\, or close friend. Meeting virtually allows you to join from the comfort and privacy of your own space. This group is about companionship\, understanding\, and gentle support as you move through loss in your own way. \nThe group meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 3 – 4:30 p.m. via Zoom. The group is free and open to the public. For questions\, contact Bonnie at 651-497-8248 or bjaffe@jfcsmn.org.
