Join Jewish Community Action, J-Pride and other LGBTQ+ Jews and allies as we dive into the realm of Golems, legendary protective creatures from Jewish folklore, through our book club discussion of The Golem and the Jinni by Helene Wecker. You’ll have the chance to get your hands dirty and create your own clay golem. (The organizers of this event take no responsibility for golem-related mayhem.) Even if you haven’t read the book, join us for a fun night of crafting and connection.
