Join NextGen and Moishe House Minneapolis for our Cheese Class on Wednesday, May 27! Although it’s after the holiday, we’ll be celebrating the spirit of Shavuot together with dinner, drinks, and an evening of tasting and learning about local cheeses together. Don’t forget to bring along nonperishable items or cleaning supplies to donate to our drive with PRISM, JFCS’ partner food shelf!
Jared Kaufman will be leading our Cheese 101. He is a food and features reporter at the Pioneer Press and a nationally known cheesemonger who has curated experiences for the Star Tribune Guild, France 44, and more. Learn more about Jared’s work here!
This event will take place at Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative (1712 Marshall St NE). Doors open at 6pm and the class starts at 6:30pm. Tickets are $20/person. For questions, contact Kristen (kcullen@jfcsmn.org), but otherwise, we can’t wait to see you there!
