These techniques can help with bonding, blood flow and circulation, digestion, reaching milestones, and so much more! This is a hands-on workshop, and you will leave with exclusive access to supplementary material so you can implement the techniques at home easily.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast hosted by HaLev Early Childhood at the J in St. Paul, entertain your little one with a brief PJ Library song circle, connect with other parents, and have fun learning something new with your baby.
Your family belongs here! This is a baby-friendly space with easy access to stroller parking, changing stations, a quiet room for feeding/sensory needs, and a judgement-free zone with peer parents.
