Keynote Speaker – Norman Ornstein – “Turning Grief into Action”
Open to all

There are so many ways to navigate a mental health journey. But no matter what, you don’t need to do it alone. If you or a loved one faces mental health challenges, it might feel hard to make space for your own learning and growth. So, you’re invited — nourish your mind, body, and soul at this warm, welcoming gathering designed by and for our community.

Volunteer dedication has been key to the conference’s success over the years, and we would be honored to have your support. A range of volunteer opportunities are available, many of which allow you to participate in the majority of sessions.
