JFCS named a 2025 Innovation Exchange Winner by The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies

The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies (NJHSA) has announced Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minnesota as a 2025 Innovative Exchange winner for its Living Our Values campaign – a storytelling campaign rooted in values, powered by staff.

Selected through a competitive, multi-stage review, Innovation Exchange winners demonstrate strong outcomes, best-in-class models, and clear replicability for peer agencies.

“Each Innovation Exchange winner represents the very best of our sector’s creativity and commitment to improving lives. Their work models new ways to meet community needs while strengthening the broader human service ecosystem,” said Reuben Rotman, President & CEO of The Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies.

Living Our Values (LOV) is an evergreen storytelling campaign by JFCS that celebrates staff as the embodiment of the agency’s five core values—Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Innovation, and Collaboration. Each staff member was invited to author a personal reflection on what drives their work and how it connects to JFCS’ mission.

These authentic, unedited narratives are paired with professional portraits, appearing across print ads, digital newsletters, social media, and in-office displays. The campaign showcases the organization’s values in action and fosters a deeper sense of pride, belonging, and purpose among employees. For more on the campaign, visit jfcsmn.org/lov

“We are thrilled that our Living Our Values campaign is being recognized with this honor by the NJHSA,” said Lori Leavitt, JFCS Marketing Communications Director. “When it came time to promoting JFCS’ core values, we thought the best people to do it was our own staff, who live these values every day through their hard work, compassion and expertise. This award highlights the huge impact they make on our community.”

As part of the Innovation Exchange cohort, JFCS will receive visibility across The Network’s channels and events, as well as technical resources to support replication at member agencies.
